Travels with Red
Red and I spent 10 months following bliss while traveling together across the U.S. in 2007. You can trace our journey at www.jeanettemcdermott.com. Red was an angel, put on Earth disguised as a dog. He died in my arms a few weeks after completing our trip, on October 21, 2007, just 12 hours after being diagnosed with cancer. His passing has left a lasting void in my heart.
